Jammu, April 7 (BANN): Secretary of the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly, Manoj Kumar Pandit, informed the House today that three important bills, passed during the recent Budget Session, have received the assent of the Lieutenant Governor on March 25, 2025.
While addressing the Assembly, the Secretary stated, “Three Bills, passed by the Legislative Assembly, have been assented to by the Lieutenant Governor on 25th of March, 2025.”The three legislations include:1. The Jammu and Kashmir Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Bill, 2025 (L.A. Bill No. 1 of 2025) 2. The Jammu and Kashmir Appropriation Bill, 2025 (L.A. Bill No. 2 of 2025) 3.
