Srinagar, May 7 : The Jammu and Kashmir administration has directed all departments to refrain from approving leave for government employees due to the present situation, except in rare and urgent cases.
According to officials, the government has instructed all Administrative Secretaries and Department Heads to ensure that staff remains fully available at their respective postings, highlighting the need for complete manpower presence across departments during this time of heightened alert.
Leave will only be considered in exceptional situations, as per the directive.
