MLA Langate Stages Protest in Assembly Over Kathua, Baramulla Deaths During LG’s Speech

Jammu, Mar 03 : Sheikh Khursheed Ahmad, the MLA from Langate, protested inside the central hall of the Legislative Assembly on Monday as Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha began his speech. The protest was over the recent deaths in Baramulla and Kathua.

According to Kashmir News Observer , Khursheed, holding placards, called for justice for the families of the two victims as the LG addressed the House.

As he attempted to disrupt the session, Marshals removed him from the Assembly. (KNO)
