Anantnag Girl’s Body Found in Srinagar, Police Begin Investigation

Srinagar, March 19: A young girl from Anantnag was discovered dead in the Shalteng area of Srinagar today, prompting a police investigation.

According to an official, the body was found this morning in Shalteng, after which police reached the location.

Authorities have identified the deceased as Asifa Bashir, daughter of Bashir Ahmad from Kokernag. An investigation has been initiated to determine the circumstances surrounding her death.
