The office of the Jammu and Kashmir Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (JKBOCWWB) has issued an important notification for all registered construction workers in District Pulwama regarding their education assistance applications for the session 2024–25.
According to the notification, several applications have been reverted to the applicants due to incomplete or deficient documentation. The affected workers are therefore advised to promptly visit their respective Common Service Centres (CSCs) to rectify the deficiencies and resubmit their applications along with valid supporting documents.
The window for resubmission is open from April 11, 2025, to April 23, 2025. It is clearly stated that failure to resubmit the corrected applications within this period will lead to the applications being rejected, and no further opportunity will be provided.
Construction workers are urged to ensure that all the required documents are genuine and properly uploaded to avoid rejection. The authorities have emphasized the importance of timely compliance to avail the educational assistance benefits offered by the Welfare Board.
