DC calls for smooth & transparent conduct of exams across all centres
SHOPIAN, DECEMBER 05: The Deputy Commissioner (DC), Shopian, Faz Lul Haseeb today convened a meeting at Conference Hall of Mini-Secretariat, here to finalize arrangements for the ensuing JKSSB OMR based examination of Panchayat Secretaries.
Stressing on making adequate arrangements for free, fair and transparent conduct of examination at all examination centres, the DC sensitized all the officers about their roles and responsibilities to ensure smooth conduct of the examination.
Exhorting officers to work in close coordination, the DC emphasized on making foolproof arrangements at all centres and instructed concerned to ensure there is no lacunae at any centre.
The arrangements for drinking water, heating, electricity, transport; manpower, videography, etc at all centres of the district were also discussed in the meeting.
The meeting was also attended by Additional Deputy Commissioner, Shopian, Dr. Zakir Hussain Faaz; Dy.DEO, Jahangir Ahmad; Tehsildar Shopian, faculty members of GDC, Lecturers and other concerned.
