Not Allowed to Use Internet or Talk to Media

Srinagar, Feb 10 : The Delhi High Court has granted a two-day custody parole to Awami Ittehad Party chief and North Kashmir MP, Er Rashid, so he can attend Parliament.
As per News agency, the court has set strict conditions, preventing him from using the internet or speaking to the media during this time.
Er Rashid has been in jail since 2019 after being charged under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act in a terror funding case by the NIA. Despite this, he was elected as the Member of Parliament from Baramulla in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.—(KNO)
