
SRINAGAR, NOVEMBER 25 (BANN): A team of surgeons, led by the esteemed laparoscopic surgeon Prof. Dr. Mushtaq Chalkoo, successfully executed a complex laparoscopic Whipple surgery on a patient with a 4 cm periampullary tumor and two antral polyps. This groundbreaking procedure, which took just four hours, was performed at SMHS Hospital, marking a significant advancement in laparoscopic surgery.
