
DC Leads the Event, Administers Oath to Participants, Honors Freedom Fighters
ANANTNAG, AUGUST 14 (BANN): A grand Har Ghar Tiranga rally took place in Anantnag on Wednesday, witnessing the participation of thousands of people who came together to honor the national flag.
The Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Anantnag, Syed Fakhruddin Hamid, flagged off the rally from the Sports Stadium.
The rally commenced at the Sports Stadium Anantnag and made its way through the heart of the town, with participants proudly displaying the national flag and singing patriotic songs.
Among the attendees were senior government officials, public representatives, citizens, and members of various trade associations. The event was marked by a strong sense of patriotism and enthusiasm among all participants.
At the outset, the DC administered an oath to the participants and paid homage to the freedom fighters who laid down their lives for the nation.
