Srinagar , August 11 (BANN) : Over the next 24 hours, scattered rain showers are anticipated in various regions of Jammu and Kashmir. While no extended periods of rainfall are predicted, certain areas may experience heavy downpours.

Advisory:

1. Flash Flood Warning: Due to potential intense rainfall or cloudbursts, there is a heightened risk of flash floods, particularly in mountainous areas.
2. Highway Alert: The possibility of shooting stones remains, especially along the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway and other vulnerable roads.
